Your experience already clears the bar.
Does your application?
The person specification is the benchmark every NHS shortlisting decision is measured against. We rebuild your supporting information line by line until your evidence sits above it — not buried under it.
£20 to start · the rest only once you're invited to interview
Where three real applications landed against the person specification, before and after rebuild.
It's rarely the experience that's missing. It's the evidence.
NHS Jobs and TRAC shortlisting is scored against the person specification, criterion by criterion. If your supporting information doesn't show the match clearly, a strong candidate reads as a weak one on paper.
Real experience, wrong language
Care, clinical or admin experience often isn't written in the terms a shortlisting panel is scanning for — so it doesn't register as a match.
No strategy behind the roles
Band level, location and registration requirements all affect whether a role is worth applying to at all.
Generic statements, high competition
When a role draws a hundred applicants, a supporting statement that could apply to any job is the easiest one to overlook.
A managed process, from first message to job offer.
Every application is built against the actual advert and person specification — not templated.
Profile review
We go through your CV, registration, references and career goals so nothing gets missed.
Role targeting
We shortlist roles that genuinely fit your band, location and registration status.
Application build
Your supporting statement is matched to the person specification, line by line, in your own voice.
Interview support
Once an invite lands, we help you prepare — values-based questions, structure, and confidence.
One straightforward fee. Most of it isn't due until you're shortlisted.
No tiers to compare, no guesswork about what's included. You commit £20 to begin — the balance is only due once an NHS Trust invites you to interview.
Secures your place and starts your profile review. Applications begin as soon as your information is confirmed.
Due only after an NHS Trust invites you to interview for a role we've applied to on your behalf.

What we commit to — and what no honest service can promise.
What we commit to
- Every application uses information you've approved as accurate.

- Your supporting information is tailored to the specific advert and person specification.
- Your details are handled confidentially and used only for the service you've asked for.

What we don't guarantee
- We cannot guarantee a job offer or interview outcome.
- NHS Trusts and employers make the final shortlisting and hiring decisions — independently of us.

- Our service covers NHS job application and supporting document preparation only. We don't provide visa, sponsorship or immigration advice.
Before you get in touch.
How does the £20 / £980 payment actually work?
You pay £20 to begin — this covers your profile review and gets applications started. The remaining £980 is only due once you've been invited to interview for an NHS role we've applied to on your behalf. If you're not invited to interview, you don't owe the balance.
Can you guarantee I'll get an NHS job?
No — and we'd be cautious of anyone who tells you otherwise. NHS Trusts make the final shortlisting and hiring decisions independently. What we can do is make sure your application gives you the strongest possible chance.
Do you handle visa or sponsorship matters?
No. Our service covers NHS job application preparation — CV, tailored supporting statements, submitting applications, and interview preparation. Visa, sponsorship and immigration matters aren't something we advise on; for those you'd need to speak to the employer directly or a qualified immigration adviser.
Do you use the same supporting statement for every role?
No. Every statement is rebuilt against the specific advert, Trust and person specification for that role.
What if I don't have an up-to-date CV?
That's fine — we'll send you a short form and build one with you from your answers.
Will you need my NHS Jobs or TRAC login?
For applications submitted on your behalf, yes — access is shared only through the communication route we agree with you together.
Tell us where you're at, and we'll tell you honestly if we can help.
No pressure, no scripted pitch — just a straight answer about whether your target roles and situation are a good fit.
